Contacting Customers and Employees
I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of any cooperation with ACCENTA. The attitude of the management (Jake; Annie) towards the employees is terrible - people do not get paid for a month. Transferring 100 USD and so promising that soon the whole salary will be transferred... - and it will continue for months. As for customers, the production manager (Aija) does not even consider it necessary to warn the designer that any material is not available, so it can not be made at the time of ordering. Customers are multiplied because production promises to meet deadlines, but in reality this is not done. I do not recommend anyone to place any orders with this company. I also don't recommend designers to refer to ACCENTA's job offers - they're not looking for employees all the time.
