Poor Service

Hello! In what way can a Panda Taxi employee say at the end of the trip that he cannot pay with a card? And what if I didn't have cash? If, two years ago, the operator of Panda Taxi would let me laugh out loud on the phone when I asked if I could pay by card, because it is so UNDERSTANDABLE that it can.
