Poor service

I have a question about MyPizza on StPatrick boulevard 15. How can it be that "does not work "during the New York holidays? Qfer, no other kind of discount (including a Antonio's pizza friend card)? Before ordering, the waitress announces that the food will be only after an hour and a half, but it will be brought to the table in less than half an hour. How can it be that Qfer, a company that does not belong to MyPizza, does not work in the specific branch, but works in others, such as Nashville Plaza?
