Bad employer
I started working in xMobile salon a year and a half ago. Everything was great in the beginning, a cool company, various bonuses (insurance, paid path, good salary bonuses), but suddenly the management changed the whole salary system, so that in the regions the salary simply fell to the minimum wage. Then the direct manager changed. The line manager promised to come up with some interesting promotions for the salon, because at that time there were very few people, which, of course, did not happen. The number of people is important because it creates bonuses. It should also be noted that the salary bonus system is constantly changing. After a while, the real face of the new leader began to reveal. It told other employees, talked to the existing ones, said that squeaking, although the previous manager always tried to solve problems. The new manager could also simply drop the handset, set unrealistic goals to be able to lay off an employee. In any case, I do not recommend working for this company if you want some stability, because it is not possible to get it in this company.
