Poor service, incomplete equipment, poor communication
A computer chair was purchased. 12.12 the order arrived. Putting the chair together, it was found that there were no wheels in the set. 13.12 A complaint was lodged with the seller. A response was awaited for a week and was not expected. 19.12 when calling again, ask to submit a picture. The picture was submitted. A couple of days later, a call was received that the company was busy and had to come to Daugavgriva Street by bike. What about the attitude that initially a defective item is delivered but still has to run across the city because the company sees it is busy. Shame!
