Inadequate charges

Hello! Today 01. 09. 2019 I encountered an unpleasant situation again! I use the ferry line Oakland - Helsinki, Helsinki-Oakland on a daily basis. Before driving at At 13:30 on the ferry I was detained by Finnish customs for a document check. Of course, while checking that everything was in order, the ship was already sailed! I went to the terminals to change tickets, very unpleasant attitude, and the amounts are not suitable for ferry transfers, once I overpaid the ticket price 3 times! I will not use this company anymore, if anyone still has anger at this company, I recommend using Dfds Paldiski - Hanko, Hanko-Paldiski, very good attitude and prices are very friendly! If you read this Tallink, you can safely block my Clube One cards, because I will no longer use your company!
