Corruption

As a result of a Oceancom server failure, I lost my entire email archive. After several contacts, I received an apology and a 10 euro discount on the current bill. The damage I have suffered far exceeds that amount. I warn everyone not to use Oceancom services because they are not reliable and the company is not able to adequately assess the results of its actions.
