Did not receive the arrangement I ordered and it was not even close!

I ordered and arrangement from Terry’s Flowers. They did not send the correct arrangement. Why they couldn’t call me and let me know as I had a backup arrangement that I preferred. Their response was lousy and I would never recommend this florist! User’s recommendation: Do not order flowers here unless you don’t care what they send.
