Poor delivery from Terrys Florist in Meriden. Terrys Florist delivery should have called and delivered flowers either up the front stairs or rear sliding glass doors in the rear. Paid for and never delivered

Ordered on Friday for a Saturday memorial delivery, thinking they were local. They were not and the flowers never were delivered. Still waiting for resolution. Sitting on hold now for 18 minutes waiting for them to check why. READ reviews,… do not use these people. User’s recommendation: do not use.

Horrible arrangement – horrible customer service.

I ordered one of their arrangements on-line and it was so minimal and looked half dead, They refused a refund and had horrible customer service. User’s recommendation: Never use them.

Took my money and never delivered flowers

Placed same day order online, paid! Got call that they could not deliver flowers because of stocking issue and money would be credited back to my credit card in a week. Let’s hope that happens!

The flowers were not close to being as nice as the picture on their website. Disgraceful arrangement.

Response to my complaint was they are allowed to use substitutions and they saw nothing wrong with the substandard arrangement. Please do not use this company. User’s recommendation: Do Not Use.
