About my data

I was suppose to get my data every month but July and August didn’t receive any i only received the minutes and you deducted R655 everyone need to know why.
I need a consolidated statement for the 2020/ 2021 tax year. None of the telephone numbers provided on the website work so I visited a store they were not able to provide me with what I needed. I have a telkom contract and I did pay it but I can’t get connected..can u please fix the problem asap
