Ordered a premium arrangement after my daughter delivered my grand baby. Balloons were missing and the bouquet wasnt even close to what I ordered. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money!

Pictured here is the premium bouquet I ordered (biggest size) vs. what my recipient received. This is painful to see! I was embarrassed to have my friend receive this. I will try to do a partial chargeback on my credit card since this ended up so terribly.
They failed to deliver the ballon and refuse to honour the order by delivering it. Horrendous customer service

Stats Service has a contract for the work. Unprofessional and incompetent attitude towards customers on the part of the company. Edija's communication with Stats servis project manager was not easy, but he fulfilled the agreement at a high level, and he was also at a professional level about the work to be done. Since Eddie Stats Service is no longer working, his degraded collectors are pouring their bowls. The most important thing is that the work to be performed is left unfinished, the contract has not been fulfilled, the term expires a few months ago. For other potential customers, I do not recommend choosing to work with STATS.
