The flowers they send do not match the flowers that are delivered. Paid $250.00 for a “premium” arrangement that looks like it came from a gas station. This should be illegal. If you care AT ALL about the recipient, don’t use this POS company. If you really hate the recipient, send away!
Poor service, fraud
Stats Service has a contract for the work. Unprofessional and incompetent attitude towards customers on the part of the company. Edija's communication with Stats servis project manager was not easy, but he fulfilled the agreement at a high level, and he was also at a professional level about the work to be done. Since Eddie Stats Service is no longer working, his degraded collectors are pouring their bowls. The most important thing is that the work to be performed is left unfinished, the contract has not been fulfilled, the term expires a few months ago. For other potential customers, I do not recommend choosing to work with STATS.
