We have Optus 2 economic packages connected. You have to pay 28 dollars for both. As we raised the prices for the other TV, we wanted to turn it off. Since the contract was in my father's name, he left his details to me. When calling the Optus customer center, the woman accepted the data and asked who was calling. Since the caller was not my father I was refused service.. Refused because the data protection law has entered into force. It would have been easier to say that the call contract holder because on the phone they check can not me. Ordered to write through my https://mans.
