Controller

Yesterday I took the 8th trolleybus, I'm going to climb a field in my stop field, when the controller is present, I say in the field, he-present the ticket, I start looking in the bag for that damn ticket, of course I can't find the excitement, because I already have to climb the field. «-You will be in the field, as long as you do not show the ticket, pay the penalty, call the police..but I could not really find the ticket in speed..I have to stop my door and he closes the door and Don't let me in. With the right, the controls do not allow the passenger to get out of his stop in the field only at the next stop and through the fort-melted snow to pull back to the long run. Does the controller have such a debut right to prevent people from getting off the trolleybus?
