Very poor service
We visited this restaurant on June 2, 2019 with the idea to drink coffee and eat something easy and quick to prepare. We had 4 adults and 2 children. We immediately asked how long to wait for the soup, salad and pancakes for the children. The answer was 10min. Okay, send up. Coffee and lemonade were brought after 10 min. While we waited for 10 minutes, the waitress was approached by at least 5 dissatisfied visitors looking for their orders. There are already worried suspicions about this place. We waited further and watched as dissatisfied customers continued to run to the counter and search for their lost orders. Well, about an hour had passed when I couldn't stand it either and I went find out where the hell is my soup (which definitely had to be poured into a bowl and reheated), where are the pancakes for kids and the caesar salad for the ladies? The response was unexpected - we do not have such an order. The waiter wrote down the entire order, went to ask the kitchen how long to wait, to which he received an answer that max 10 min. I never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and a lot of dissatisfied visitors. We won't tell you about the food because we just didn't taste it.
