I complained to TDS about charging for speed they aren’t really giving to the consumer. When I argued they said they found old bills from 2011 and 2014. I’ve paid them although bills aren’t mine. I can prove they aren’t mine. I paid a settlement amount they still won’t turn on my internet saying I owe more....

We sent back a modem after having one of our internet accounts closed. My son-in-law had his own as both my husband and he was working from home. Son-in- law moves out eventually so we close one of the lines and send back the modem in the box provided. They say they never got the modem but...

TDS Telecom decided to cut our Internet service even though in their system the account appeared as paid in full. They did not even try calling to verify before disconnecting the service. Losing TV pic sometimes on and off for days. Call customer service only if you have hours to burn waiting for little help. Their promotions are not worth the poor service. User’s recommendation: Use TDS only if no alternatives.
