Unsatisfactory service yet, but you'll see
I bought the new Samsung S7 edge 13 days ago. However, when I changed the screen saver to a brighter one, I noticed a black spot on the top of the screen. While browsing the internet (e.g. here http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s7-edge/668466-ugly-black-spot-edge-screen.html), I realized that it is quite a common nuisance for these phones, for which a new telephone or a screen is immediately given in a civilized country. However, since 14 days had not yet passed, I decided to use my right of withdrawal - who knows the guarantees in United Kingdom. And then a nice evening started at 110.shop Service Center. I learned a lot from a very unkind lady - that there is no America here to change phones; that either such a stain cannot be noticed in time, that she would immediately notice that she would not return the money to me (or is she really the one who makes such decisions?), that the headphones are incorrectly packaged and that they are the wrong color in general, and so on and so forth. OK, I realized that I can't exercise my right of withdrawal if I had already used the phone. I wrote an application to the service center - but the opening lady said that such damage only occurs if the phone is broken. Since the phone is not even minimally scratched (because he is an expensive one, he is really very careful with such people walking), not to mention other more obvious damage, then it only remains to mentionor at least the warranty repair will be done - if the lady already spoke with such confidence, as if it were the phone master herself, then maybe this is the company's policy - to say in time that the customer is to blame, even before receiving the service response? Not to resort to free repairs? :( Anyway, now I'll wait for those days to come - I'll definitely write down how everything will start. Thanks in the meantime for the "kind" service.
