I took my Oakley Metal Plate frames ($300) in to Target Optical in Valparaiso, Indiana to simply have lenses installed. They’re telling me that they’ve “lost” my glasses and that they’re not going to replace my frames. User’s recommendation: Do NOT trust Target Optical with your personal frames. You have no recourse for reimbursement.
Save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else. They make a simple process so complicated. They are rude on the phone and unorganized.
