Why is there no call-back option? Feels like a third-world bank! All this and paid publicity to buy various awards. User’s recommendation: Stay away from this *** bank!

Pissed poor telephone customer service

I forgot my password and their online system locked me out. I have to call them to reset my password. Waited online for over 40 minutes. Despite being an on-line platform this “bank” can’t seem to get their log-in process consistent, easy and smooth.
