Paper ok cant get paper on line no one click to get on

They did redeliver the paper but without the New York Times.

Paper delivery failed again. They then transfer you to an automated phone line that says you will get a credit but they can’t redeliver. I believe they should redeliver. They only print paper twice a week–so if they miss one it’s 50% of their weekly output. And, if it’s Sunday, they also deliver the Sunday New York... Read more ➤

Sunday paper not delivered

My Sunday paper was not delivered. When I called Customer Service the computer told me that my account had been credited. I did not want my account credited, I wanted to have my newspaper delivered. Paper going into the water-run-off ditch or not being delivered at all.

For the past 3 months the carrier has thrown the paper in the water run-off ditch in front of the house twice. Water soaked paper. Sent pictures to Customer Service. So then we got the paper, in the driveway, one time. After that, no paper. Neighbors got theirs….

Cancel paper delivery subscription

Cancel subscription Account #2028**** as of 4/15/2021. Too expensive for delivery of two days a week.. User’s recommendation: There needs to be an easier way to cancel a subscription for home delivery.
