Poor service

There was an OVP record. The X-ray was done quickly. When he got to the doctor's office, everything started to slow down. There is no separate line for OCD and GP patients. Another came for an acute hour. Why does everyone have to wait in line? The appointment of a family doctor patient lasts 30 minutes, but the maximum of a general practitioner is 10-15 minutes. This is not the case at other clinics.
