Kimberly at the drive thru on Fugua in Houston was so very rude Ill never go to this location or any other again. She practically longed my food at me and when I told her she forgot the salsa it got even more ugly. I want a refund of $29.29. User’s recommendation: No e.
I purchased and had to painstakingly scan dozens of receipts totaling over $75 in food and drinks just to get a $5 “reward” on the TC phone app. When I tried to “collect” my reward as a reduction of my bill, the clerk said I had to spend ANOTHER $75! Not a good manager

They only have me doing stuff and dont have anybody else doing stuff the manger James is not a good manager he told me I cant come In because I dont smile and I feel like Im getting picked on and he changes my hours a lot and its not fair he doesnt treat employees with respect

RUDE UNETHICAL MANAGER

WE WAITED INLINE INSIDE THE RESTAURANT FOR OVER 20 MINUTES AND THE MANAGER NEVER TOOK OUR ORDER. ALL HE SAID IS THAT HE WAS UNDERSTAFFED AND IT WILL BE AWHILE. AFTER A TOTAL OF 26 MINUTES MYSELF ALONG WITH 5 OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT CAME IN AFTER I DID ALL LEFT WITHOUT BEING ALLOWED TO ORDER ANY FOOD.... Read more ➤

Poor service

10/21/2019. wanted to eat something Mediterranean style, so I bought a pizza in the world of children. The result was awful - pizza with hair, maybe even intimate! I took it back, did not want to return the paid money, after long negotiations only half of the paid money was returned. Offered another pizza, I told myself to eat their own hairy product. Attitude is insane, both on the part of the administrator and the cook. The pizza baker (feathered monkey) said - well, that you have not been poisoned yet, that you are alive (that this is the smallest that can be in this pizzeria at all). The administrator supported her. Instead of immediately apologizing and return the money, the administrator said - why insult my colleagues for having pizza hair. Insanely stupid creature! I don't understand why she's in a catering business. In my opinion, the catering company must have at least some basic sKatery norms, and the pizza maker must be a dirty and feathery monkey. It is just as likely that he has previously ded with his finger. irsu, and then continued to cook pizza. If something like this happens (dirt, hair in the food, piggy, shameless treatment of customers), it is the company's position towards visitors. And this attitude was demonstrated by both the administrator and the pizza maker. Maybe he's used to digging in sweet pepper with p.eni, and he feels natural and normal, and his manager likes it. I don't think so! I do not understand why the company keeps such dirty, shameless manure and its managers, who do not care about the quality of cooks' work. This means only one thing - that the company has to spit on the quality of its products and the attitude towards the company's customers, the company is only interested in profit.
