Deception and Prolonged Non-Refund
A store representative contacted me by phone and said that if I make a prepayment, my mobile phone will be available on that day. I made a prepayment, no one contacted me on the day of delivery, it was not possible to call any of the listed phones. A day later I received an email that the store did not have such a product in stock at all and I had to write an application for them to return the money to me. I wrote the application, but it also has no information that my application has been received or when the money paid back will not be received. Well, I'm already waiting for the 2nd week, when the money will be returned to me. I was visiting an office on Kalnciema Street - there I was "ordered further", saying that my money could be paid in up to 1 month. When asked why such a long term denied me that "it is decided by the director of the company". How can there be a company that does not have any customer service standards and that does not fulfill its obligations to the customer and, moreover, defrauds customers of its business. We live in a country whose legislation does not even specify how long such a company should return the money paid to the customer.
