Non-professionalism, default of consumer rights

I purchased a laptop at this online store. It hadn't been 14 days since I realized this computer didn't meet my needs. Calling the 1a consultation phone, the guy kindly answered that yes, I can probably go to Seaview Street 41 and receive money or a code (in the value of the product), which can be entered on this website when buying the next product. I packed the computer exactly as I received it (in a box and in special cloth bags). The salesperson who listened to my problem unpacked the computer and started polishing it intensively from all sides. After a few minutes of polishing, announcing that the computer was micro-scratched and that, as a result, it was not possible to return or exchange the product.Although I had treated the computer very gently and I can't even imagine how such "microscratch" could have happened there, because when I bought it, I didn't even think about researching it from all sides. - No, it will be a repaired product. No solution was possible. I realized that there will be no welcome here and there will be no solution. I called the Consumer Protection Center, told me about my problem - about the computer, about microscratch - to which I was told that it is my consumer's right to return the product to the store within 14 days, writing two product withdrawal forms, indicating the product, its price, when purchased and the account to which the money must be transferred within 14 days. I asked if I was entitled to return the product with the so-called "microscratch", I got an affirmative answer. I wrote 2 refusals and went back. Upon entering the room, I told him I called the CRPC and all the information I was told. When the saleswoman heard what I was saying, suddenly, as she took the water in her mouth, she quietly took my forms and started writing something. Called the other, who in turn began to tell that the computer had a streak all over the case. At one point, this microscrew turned into a scratch all over the computer case. What I was very surprised about is that this streak is so big! To which she replied that "almost all over the hull." Well, there is almost nothing, but now such a range of damage size is really interesting. The same employee then claimedthat I must indicate in the refusal the actual address of the place of residence where the reply will be sent as to whether or not the computer will be accepted. For my part, I refused to write because the CRPC did not indicate that I should do so. This curriculum, from which the ladies take the withdrawal form, says that it is written in this form that the actual place of residence must be indicated. So I was furious, because the first time I asked for a satisfactory outcome for both parties (I returned the product and bought a much more expensive computer from them), I was not even shown such a form. Of course, these two did not give up on their arguments, so I realized that my and CRPC's arguments would not be taken into account, so I called the CRPC again in the presence of these staff, turned on the speaker, explained my problem with all the microscratch, pointed out to methat I do not have to provide such information and do not have to perform diagnostics (which would cost me an additional 30 USD), because I only return the product to the store and not hand it over to the service. This money is refunded to me within 14 days. Both sellers did not seem to hear this information as they continued to say that the product was damaged. So now I don't understand, this store is working against CRPC... Seller. began to tell you that the product has lost its value and such a product can not be taken back. When transferring the computer I had already installed all my installed programs. A computer technician was also invited to say that I needed to install Windows. I can't install the operating system, so I had to pay an extra 14 dollars for it. Finally the product was taken back, I received a signed form in return. I am currently waiting 14 days, during which 1a must transfer the amount of money paid to me for the computer. If the money is not returned, I will file a complaint with the CRPC, as I have been informed, as this is part of my consumer rights.
