Faulty brand new retro fridge

Engineer came to look at the brand new retro fridge. Took photos, he wasn’t able to sort problem. The fridge needs replacing. 4 months later no correspondence from Swan and unable to speak to the company. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a Swan appliance. No customer service.
