Poor service
Customer product in online store. It came in a box already covered - that's it. But the ordered cooker hood was defective - a fat man was pulled in the front of the cooker hood, which is not visually acceptable for a new product! The hood was "dirty" with dirty toys and dirty fingerprints. It should not look like a new product at all. Call the customer service center - no one, of course, does not. It seems very nice, because when I called them before - before making an order, everything was ok, kindly answered. It seems that they have already developed a list of numbers to which calls should not be made and which they already know have shipped the goods. I'm sorry, but that's really the impression. I do not recommend this online store! I look forward to contacting any of your contacts.
