Poor service electric scooters (this is not the case at all)
Last week, the first time you tried a bolt electric scooter, problem with newly installed bolt application. It did not allow to complete the journey. I will report bolt about my problem in all possible ways - both in the application support section, by writing a message on the facebook page, and by sending an e-mail to [hide] @bolt. Eu. No answers. I also call the only available customer support (!) Phone line +1 661 640 36, which is actually the most fiction, because it turns out that incoming calls are not accepted at all! Waiting in vain for an answer, after about 2 hours I found a solution to my problem myself and finally was able to complete my journey in the application. Needless to say, that all this time bolt continued to count the time of the use of the scooter, and the resulting receipt of an impressive bill. I am writing a bolt e-mail complaint about this case, requesting a refund of the amount charged to me for the time the scooter was not used. I have not received a reply within a week. I don't recommend anyone using companies that don't have customer support.
