I received confirmation, debit card charged. Never received item, but received notification it was delivered. Now nonway to contact them
out $169.00 on a online item through Facebook. Company doesn’t exist
Also happened to me, but I’m sure you’ll find that your CC will refund you, mine is, MBNA, as I received nothing. Rule 75 protects you on purchases over £100. I came across their FB ad for ‘most compact laser engraver’ on 02nd Nov 2018 and purchased one on the same day. I have yet to receive the item and their Shopify page was already closed by the time I went back to check. I’ve contacted my credit card company to look into this as well.
