Never in a million years

Airport shuttle had been booked one. SHUTTLE NEVER SHOWED. TEXT DRIVER OPTION PROVIDED NO DRIVER AVAILABLE. TRAVEL PLANS RUINED FOR DAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. AM WAITING FOR E-MAIL PROOF OF REFUND AND/OR PHONE CALL BUT AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATHE.

Don’t trust any of the drivers.

Dispatcher was notified about the driver whom I consider a thief. They should release this driver as he is a very dishonest person.
