Hi, there I booked shuttle service (confirmation # 291****) from my home to Cleveland airport on 13th October. But no one came to pick me up in the morning. I do not know if I could get refund for my that trip? Thanks Hongming

We tipped our driver cash when he dropped us off at our hotel. Upon receipt of the Super Shuttle credit card receipt, there was a 17% gratuity with a $2.20 discount amount added to the charge. I had to call to get them to remove this from my charge and disputed it with my credit card company....

On Sunday, August 11, 2019 I reserved and received confirmation for a wheel chair accessible van to pick up 4 people one of thos people are confined in a wheel chair.
