Poor service, nihilism
I do not recommend shopping in this store, absolute incompetence of employees, gross mistakes, failure to keep promises. In my case, the payment agreement documents were not attached to the product, which was delivered to me by Americas pasts on 10.06.2019. When I contacted 110.shop by phone on 20.06.2019 and started to inquire where to pay, I was made a malicious user of 110.shop services, because I have not signed the leasing documents, although 110.shop had not attached them to the product and I did not, what to sign. In a telephone conversation 110.shop employee requested to go back to the page to sign a contract there, to send documents electronically did not agree. Honestly on the same day - 20.06.2019z, leaving the page, the contract had not been sent to 110.shop mail. By contacting 220.en operators - shrugged, told to pass info to responsible staff. In fact, the client is deceived, the client's time and money are spent, and due to the inaction and incompetence of 110.shop, the client is made guilty. Calls to call back are not answered, no explanations are given. The contract documents were finally provided by lp employees for Abbyng, Abbyng both copies, it is not known when and whether the client's copy will be returned.
