i have recently received an order from you but there are two items missing,namely gel eye drops and nightime gel,can you please find out why,i dont appear to hav e had them deducted from my bill if they were not in stock at time of my order User’s recommendation: problem dealt with quickly to my satisfaction.
I rang a week ago about my card it has over 5.00 discount on it and the lady in the shop couldnt give me discount as it says ring customer services have you resolved the problem
This order was placed on 2 April 2021 and although I have received confirmation I have heard nothing since. This was supposed to be next day delivery (I thought) Could you please let me know what is happening Thank you User’s recommendation: not very high I’m afraid.
Yeah they got back to me offered me 100 points on a beauty card that equivilant yo £1. I don’t have a beauty card and won’t be needing one as won’t be shopping there again. Thanks for helping xx
