Poor product and no customer service.

Product didn’t work. No phone to help me. Very poor guide book. No instructions! I tried to make their product work for three days! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them!

Damage switch for mini washing machine

I purchased a mini portable washing machine back in March 2020. Need to ask the 15 minutes washer doesnt work anymore when i turned it all i hear is the rattling sound but washer not spinning anymore. Might be the switch? Any help to fix it?
