Living as a tenant at Hotel Victoria does not lead to a proper lease. This is practically useless, as it does not contain any data about the person with whom I am concluding this contract. The only information is the name and nothing more. At the end of the lease, it is not officially extended, but can continue to live. When the tenants want to move out, they are billed for the electricity that has been overused. And in the event of withdrawal, the security deposit will not be refunded.
