Poor service

The worst service I've ever experienced! When ordering pizza before work I did not expect the negligence of such chefs. The pizza I received was black on both sides! Needless to say, not just black, but with a whole hole in the bonus. Is it possible to ask for money for something like that? If this company offers 24/7 service, then customers also expect one from them. I am very disappointed! Pictures attached. Good appetite!
