We were without internet for a week! I called techinal support 3 time which cost me 170.00 for a new modem that they said was bad!! My apt.needs rewiring and the owner won’t do it. I have no use for the service if I can’t use it. You need to pick up your equipment. User’s recommendation: Check out apt firsy.

Very Unhappy Customer!!!!

I am sick and tired of paying for 300 Mbps internet service and consistently getting less that 75 Mbps results, and often with total outages that last for many hours. If I ever find an alternative ISP, I will be GONE. User’s recommendation: Find another Internet provider if one is available in your area.

I have tried to return equipment and have been unable. You are closed on weekends when someone is available to drive me. I am 71. The equipment was at 1004 Oakmont Road.
