We were without internet for a week! I called techinal support 3 time which cost me 170.00 for a new modem that they said was bad!! This company is in my eyes one of the sorriest companys I have ever seen!! They will tell you it is not their equipment but BULL____!! They are more worried about raising the rates and not doing a D---- thing to upgrade their side!!! User's recommendation: DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
