Original review updated by user Aug 13, 2021 You are charging me 20 a month for some service that I do not have. I have called, I have emailed. I was told my money would be refunded back in march 2021. You are STILL charging my account every month. User’s recommendation: Watch your bank charges.
I finished my degree and I would like to cancel my subscription with your company. Please don’t charge anymore the $19.95 to the Associated Bank credit card. The service was very good, I’m so happy to be part of the service. Thank you very much. User’s recommendation: Yes.

I will like to cancel my account and get a refund from May and June. I never used it either month and the money was taken out my account.
I am been charged every month even though i complained few months ago and agent on online chat said its been resolved yet i am still charged? Can you tell me reason why?

Order Delay

I ordered a cell phone at an AuMobile store where the courier company was intended to FedEx. The estimated time and date of delivery was 11. 07. 2020 from pukst. 9:00 to 12:00. I waited all day at the end I called the company operator to find out where my package is, for which I replied that the package will be 12. 07. 2020 and apologized. We agreed on the same delivery time from 9:00 to 12:00. Today came the call again FedExi. All you told me after a while was the courier. It's been a while since there are no calls or packets, and the delivery time has already passed. I want to know what to do in this case, and whether the company does not understand that the customer has other things to do,instead of waiting for an order all day that it doesn't receive in the end.
