I tried to unlock a document, and it brings me to the page where you have to pay, but I’ve already paid. Even if I do click on which payment choice I’d like to choose it says I’ve already paid, so I don’t understand.
Order Delay
I ordered a cell phone at an AuMobile store where the courier company was intended to FedEx. The estimated time and date of delivery was 11. 07. 2020 from pukst. 9:00 to 12:00. I waited all day at the end I called the company operator to find out where my package is, for which I replied that the package will be 12. 07. 2020 and apologized. We agreed on the same delivery time from 9:00 to 12:00. Today came the call again FedExi. All you told me after a while was the courier. It's been a while since there are no calls or packets, and the delivery time has already passed. I want to know what to do in this case, and whether the company does not understand that the customer has other things to do,instead of waiting for an order all day that it doesn't receive in the end.
