Cannot make a call, it tells me that I am not registered with the network provider after switching to a new phone
3.5 hours and 5 representatives (poor phone connection, roosters crowing loudly in back ground, and difficult to understand due to heavy accent) and I still cant get in to voicemail. Told there is no IT to get more help. VERY frustrating. Need my voicemail!! User’s recommendation: Find company with US based IT help.

Hello Port Moody Technical College foremen created a good appendix for scholarships after the average grade but positive grade 4-10 can not rise anymore kapeic invented such nonsense so that the scholars would have a lower scholarship anyway and I agreed that the mark could be corrected once but not that a positive score of 4-10 could not be raised anymore, I do not recommend this technique for this appendix.
