Very poor service
Complete lack of info. The shipment had to be received on 15. 01. Today is 29. 01. Exactly two weeks. Delay. 28. 01. I received a message that the courier will be from 16. 50 to 18. 50. Ok the man specially sat at home waiting. Of course no message from the courier and again no info. When I opened the tracking of the package it turned out that it was not handed over to the courier at all! Today came the news again that the courier will be specific. In time, its time will have to wait until spring! Last time I used the services of this office. I warmly recommend everyone to use other delivery methods. By the way, there was no problem with Omniv, if there is a delay then it is announced in time and the delay is max. Two days.
