I was inquiring about the Go Rewards Program and this customer representative was talking to me as if I already knew about the program and was very impatient with me. And then when I became frustrated, she accused me of raising my voice. Just a very lousy customer-service experience. User’s recommendation: Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
I do not make phone calls, I write e-mails. I cant imagine a company that doesnt accept e-mails has their customers best interests in mind. User’s recommendation: Create a way to communicate via e-mail.
Due to your system being down my delivery order was canceled. told to go back into on line portal that is down. I am disabled and have used and counted on yr service. The last delivery was left and it did not belong to me, 89 percent not delivered. I am more than upset
