I received a shipment today from You that was opened and empty just received open shipment envelope. Clearly I do not want to be charged for item that was supposed to come in this.
I have not received my order, the order delivery date was July 28th. This is the second time I have contacted stitch fix and nothing has been resolved. I am very frustrated, please help me resolve this issue immediately.
I needed to checkout . Could not sign in using PW not receive PW reset QR code did not work either. Issue was resolved with phone call. User’s recommendation: Remember pw.
Nope items not sent that Im being charged for but not happy with this way of communication!! Call me because apparently I cant call you User’s recommendation: Do nor recommend.
Clothes more expensive than I thought The clothes are really nice and I would live to keep everything but it is too high. User’s recommendation: To know your total before it ships.
