My friend sent me a referral link ( Kimberly Billets) which I clicked on to order but Didnt get my $50 referral credit.
Customer service did not answer my call, I do not want my next box and would like to be refunded the $20 styling fee.

You wouldn't have thought you would have to write this, but other customers should know what they might face as well. Waiting for an order for more than 2 hours.
