If the manager is a legal person, a document certifying the professional education and at least the fourth level of professional qualification required for the management of residential houses is required for the employee of the legal person who performs the management task specified in the management contract in the respective house. (2) If the total area of an apartment house exceeds 1,500 square meters, a document certifying the professional education and at least the third level of professional qualification necessary for the management of the residential house shall be required: 1) an owner who manages a residential house belonging to him or her; 2) an owner who has been authorized to perform management activities by other owners of a residential house on the basis of a mutually concluded agreement in accordance with the procedures specified in the Civil Law; 3) an employee of a residential house management company or association formed by the owner, as well as a member of the management company or association who performs the relevant management activity and is the owner of the residential house himself or herself.
