Low quality telephone information
Yesterday, July 6, 2017 at around 12. 30, I called the SEA information phone 80200206 to find out what documents I need to bring to the first registration of unemployment status. I kindly replied that only a passport. Today, on July 7, 2017, when I went to the SEA branch at E. Smilga Street 46 to register as unemployed, the employment agent Margarita Karasjova also asked me for an agreement on dismissal. As I had not taken it with me (because I was not informed of it), a decision was taken to refuse me the status of unemployed until I brought it. This means that I once again have to spend money to go to the SEA and sit in line again. How humiliating it is can only be understoodwho has himself sat in line at this institution. A person who needs to provide comprehensive information on a call does not appreciate the fact that he has a job at not doing it qualitatively. Sincerely, Sandra.
