Poor service
Very unpleasant service in the SEA branch in Melbourne, Jezusbaznicas Street 11. Of course, there are always employees who are responsive and kind, but for the most part there is a contemptuous attitude towards the customer. Getting help is almost impossible. Given that this is not an institution I have visited before (because I have worked in well-paid jobs for ten years before and the status of the unemployed is only a 2-week variant), I see that the staff really makes visitors feel humiliated. Today, as I sit in line, I ask the people around me about their experiences and it is really sad that in times when support is needed, the only thing the agents provide is seemingly greasy and unkindness towards everyone who enters the office. In my position, I especially wanted to praise Eleonor Khodorovsky - she made my first visit really unforgettable and uncomfortable. The good news is, I'll be happy to return to work in a couple of weeks, but I know many more will go through this institution, so I'll keep my thumbs up for something to really change.
