I am unable to use my Steam card

I tried to put in the numbers to activate the card and it would not work. I have tried to contact someone to resolve this issue and haven’t been unable to do so customer service is poor.

Card already has been used

I bought £100 give card from W.H.Smiths High St TONBRIDGE KENT England and this has already been redeemed. Can you tell me how this has happened… today have bought 2 more instead of 2 cards had to purchase a 3rd so instead of £200 this has cost £300.
