Bought 2 $20 cards Don’t work and have receipt

bought 2 $20 steam cards scratched number area sent to gf and she was putting in her wallet and she received a message with pic saying this card already used. i just bought those cards scratched and sent an hour or so later and says not good and i have receipt of purchase
