Could not read the code on back of card Called 800# 4 times and left msg Nobody has returned my call This card was a Birthday Present Now I am the only one that did not give my niece a present

The card I bought today When the scratch off was done you could not read the numbers I have a very upset niece and the store would not take the card back I have reported this 4 times today And nobody has returned my call User’s recommendation: Do not buy Steam Card It is a scam.
